Job Title: Adobe Campaign Expert

Mission Context:

Are you passionate about Sales & Marketing with strong analytical skills? Our client in the Banking Sector is seeking an Audience & Workflow Expert to join the Audience & Workflow Management team within Go-To-Market Optimization & Innovation.

In this department, we play a pivotal role in developing and implementing commercial and administrative campaigns for various client segments. Collaborating closely with Go-To-Market Officers, we strive to translate commercial ideas into targeted audiences and marketing automation journeys. As an expert, you will take full responsibility for developing the targeting strategies and workflows for our campaigns.

As we transition to Adobe Campaign Classic, we are particularly looking for experts who can assist in migrating existing permanent campaigns and creating new ones using this innovative platform.

Function Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Create complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign based on existing campaigns (SQL code).
Migrate campaigns to Adobe Campaign Classic while improving workflows for greater efficiency and personalization.
Collaborate with colleagues to gain insights into existing campaigns and best practices.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail, as your work directly impacts client deliverables.
Manage your workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager.
Stay updated on current marketing strategies to co-develop customer journeys, next best offers, and contact strategies.
Share expertise with team members to support the transition and learning process related to Adobe Campaign.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

Professional Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with Adobe Campaign, including workflow creation for campaigns.
Proficient in SQL to understand and adapt to our current operations.
Business Acumen:
Experience in designing complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign.
Familiarity with marketing strategies to co-develop customer journeys and other key initiatives.
Soft Skills:

Solution-oriented and creative thinking.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiating abilities.
Effective organization and teamwork skills.
Language Requirements:

Dutch: Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
French: Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
English: Good knowledge of English.
Working Conditions:

Travel: Minimal travel required.
Telework: 50% on-site & 50% remote work.
