We are looking for a LEARNING PARTNER :

We believe in a future where learning is a continuous process of research and improvement, which follows the rapid pace of change in the business world and society, and is necessary to execute the company's strategy. Course participants will need easy just-in-time access to knowledge and skills, based on their specific needs in order to improve their own performance as well as that of the organisation.

Within SBP, the Learning Partner offers strategic, pedagogical and creative support to the business in order to support it with appropriate Learning & Development solutions and also to aim for the continuous learning of each employee. As a SPOC for a dedicated population, he/she will play an informed advisory role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Translate the content and budget business strategy into division training plans and learning solutions.
* You collect input from the business regarding their needs and devote the attention necessary to understand the customer's activity.
* After the analysis, you propose possible learning solutions to present to the internal client for validation.
* You develop the concepts with external partners and are responsible for implementing the developed concepts. You take corrective action if necessary.
* You are the spoc of the business client and coordinate these programs to meet the client's needs within the allotted time and budget.
* You report in a structured way and contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning solutions offered.
* Facilitate meetings for strategic projects to guide the client through change management processes.
* You measure the effectiveness and quality of the learning solutions and communicate the results to the client and HR, so that these solutions can be better adapted in the future to the client's needs.
* You develop the necessary expertise within your field and stay abreast of new trends and market offers. You keep in touch with external suppliers.
* You regularly collaborate with your Learning Partners colleagues (community) and with HR Partners & Recruiters colleagues in your Segment team.

To make all this possible, we are looking for someone who can understand the client's strategic plan and translate it into a Learning & Development plan and concrete learning solutions.

* You have between 3 and 5 years of experience
* Good knowledge of business organization, strategy and major challenges.
* You have a passion for learning, are familiar with didactic methods and new forms of learning (or are willing to learn them);
* You have experience in interactive collaboration with management;
* You know how to manage projects;
* You are results oriented and easy to make decisions; you know how to use the art of negotiation;
* In addition, you have very good analytical skills that you employ in a proactive and structured manner;
* You are very communicative and have easy contact; you like to facilitate a discussion.
* You can be fluent in French, Dutch and English.
