About the Role
As a Resiliency/IT Continuity Engineer, you will be a vital member of the IT Production Security department. Our mission is to:

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll join the IT Continuity team within the Security Tribe of our Agile Impulse organization. Working closely with Application Owners and Tribe Continuity contacts, your main duties will include:

Ensuring Bank-wide Resiliency:

Coordinate and validate Application Impact Analyses (AIA), Continuity Run Books (CRB), and Disaster Recovery (DR) Unitary Exercises to manage critical application or datacenter failures.
Ensure regulatory compliance by embedding rules set forth by the European Central Bank, the Belgium National Bank, and group policies.
Act as the primary contact for resiliency topics for multiple tribes.
Regular Coordination and Monitoring:

Engage with tribes to track changes in their infrastructure and applications impacting resiliency deliverables.
Oversee progress on AIA, CRB, and DR exercises.
Participation in Group-wide Disaster Recovery Exercises:

Validate CRB readiness and assess capacity for infrastructure components across data centers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect necessary information for DR exercises.
Plan, identify risks, and prepare mitigation strategies for DR exercises.
Support the development of a Master Run Book (MRB) by consolidating all CRB actions.
Facilitate DR exercises, conducted three times a year during evenings or weekends.

Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; Dutch/French knowledge is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a resiliency engineer or in a related role (security engineer, OPS engineer, or architect).
Resiliency Expertise: Strong understanding of resiliency principles, able to clearly communicate expectations and challenges to stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Broad familiarity with technology landscapes, stakeholder management, and effective communication practices.
Competency in architecture and technical diagrams, especially as they relate to resiliency.
Process-oriented, with an appreciation for procedures and their importance.
