An Agile team consists of a small group of individuals with diverse skill sets working together to design, build, and test valuable elements within a set timeframe. As a member of the Agile team, the DEV Engineer applies multiple skills, including analysis, design, development, testing, and integration. These skills, combined with those of other team members, enable the team to deliver a product by the end of each sprint.
Role Description
The DEV Engineer is responsible for helping the team deliver a product by the end of each sprint. This involves working beyond their specific area of expertise to collaborate with team members. The primary goal is to complete the sprint backlog, which is a prioritized list of tasks determined by the Product Owner, based on the value it adds to the (internal or external) client.

Language Requirements
Dutch: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
French: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
English: Fluent.
Telework
Expectation: 50% on-site, 50% remote.
Required Experience / Knowledge
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience
Mandatory:
Proficiency in common development languages used in the domain.
Strong understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware).
Familiarity with methods, standards, and security procedures, as well as development tools.
