Mission Context:
The [Client Name] Tribe TCC is seeking a Tribe Test Engineer to support the delivery of features and ensure high-quality testing practices within the tribe. This role will involve close collaboration with squads and stakeholders to ensure effective test strategies and continuous improvement in testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Feature Delivery Support:
Define Feature Test plans in collaboration with the involved squads.
Take responsibility for the end-to-end test process, coordinating with internal and external testing stakeholders.
Communicate on the quality, progress, and impediments during the delivery lifecycle.
Work with Cluster Scrum Masters to maintain up-to-date delivery plans.
Test Activity Organization:
Assist squads in organizing their test activities and aligning on test strategy.
Define test strategy, automation strategy, and test coverage requirements with the squads.
Ensure sufficient capacity and time is allocated for planned tests.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement:
Coach squads on improving quality practices and enhance feature test plans based on risk management and quality criteria.
Foster a mindset of continuous improvement by introducing best practices (e.g., test automation, regression tests, TDD/BDD).
Contribute to the Tribe Test Engineer Community by sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Experience & Knowledge:
Required Experience:
At least 6 years of relevant experience in complex delivery organizations.
Technical Experience:
Mandatory:
Knowledge of test techniques, test types, and principles of functional and non-functional testing.
Knowledge of structured and risk-based testing.
Understanding of software development methods and life cycle management.
Familiarity with functional, application, and infrastructure architecture.
Preferable:
Experience with test and automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, Soap, service virtualization, etc.
Ability to determine estimates and workload for testing activities.
Business Experience:
